We hold and license trademark rights for staffing services, and we build software for companies that schedule, bill and hire out people. Both come from the same place: an agency we run ourselves.
First business
Brand management and licensing
K-Collect holds trademark rights in employment and staffing services, administers them and grants licences to operating companies. The objects in our memorandum of association are the ownership, management, exploitation and sub-licensing of intellectual property rights.

Second business
Software for staffing companies
A complete system for staffing companies in hospitality, catering, trade fairs and events. It covers the road from the client order to the payroll interface, and it has been in daily use for months at a staffing company in Berlin with around 400 users across the office, the workforce and the client base.
Built by the user, not by an IT department
Our founder runs a staffing company for hospitality and events himself. The software grew out of that business, because the products on the market did not fit the work. Every feature exists because the operation needed it.
Your data stays yours
Payroll, personnel and client data need not sit in someone else's cloud. The software runs on your own premises or on German servers. One client means one instance with its own database, and exports to CSV, Excel and the payroll interface are built in.

The software is written for the German market, because the staff-leasing act, the collective agreement and the payroll interface are built into it. Austria and Switzerland are on the roadmap.

Who K-Collect is
K-Collect LTD is a private company limited by shares under Cyprus law, incorporated in February 2023 and seated in Anogyra near Limassol. Philipp Krause is the sole shareholder and director.
The company belongs to a group of staffing businesses in Germany. Both fields of work come from there: the brands the companies trade under, and the software they work with.
